2. Most recent passport issued within the last 15 years with same holder name.
   
   
3. 2 recent passport size (2x2) photographs with white background.
   
   
4. Authorization letter for release to Atlas Visa Service. (File size: 180 KB)
   
   
5. Copy of itinerary.
   
   
6. Processing time: 1-3 working days:
   
   Adults Age 16 and over: $170.00
   Minors Under Age 16: $140.00 + $25.00 Acceptance Fee to Post Office
   
   
7. Atlas Visa Service fee $125.00
   
   
8. Return Postage - $27.50 priority overnight (up to 3 passports)
   $37.50 (Saturday delivery)
